At our fully staffed London office we employ only individuals who have previously worked in the underground and rail industry therefore having an appreciation of the challenges for both employer and prospective employee. We also employ a network of consultant scouts worldwide who are full time employees working on major infrastructure projects for government, client, project management and contractor organisations. This allows us to be the first to hear of requirements and opportunities as they arise enabling us to reduce our mobilisation times, often forging exclusive alliances with recruiters without the need for vacancies to be advertised.
